Ms. Dopoh is a mother of two. She currently works with the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services/Division of Social Services as an Operation Administrator and Management Analyst III for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program in the Policy and Program Development. She is an Author of “Evidence-Based Intervention Approach to Addressing Early Childhood Education in Liberia: The Importance of Utilizing Family Systems Theory”. She has a Master of social work from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, North Dakota-2019; Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Development and Family Science from North Dakota State University in Fargo, North Dakota-2015; Bachelor of Social work from Minot State University in Minot, North Dakota-2015; and an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from North Hennepin Community College in Brooklyn Center, MN-2011. Massa is up to date with professional development training and certificates. She is currently pursuing an AWS Certified Solution Architect Associate Training.
